Santa’s Grotto Terms & Conditions Booking slots are for 5 minutes duration. It is not possible to purchase a cheaper ticket solely to meet Father Christmas. Wheelock Hall Farm remains open as normal during the Santa’s Grotto event, every day from 9:00am until 6:30pm. Standard ticket prices remain unchanged for customers wishing to visit the farm as normal. Santa’s Grotto is most suitable for children aged 0–9 years but everyone is welcome. Every child must be accompanied by at least one adult. Adults must accompany their children into the Grotto. The experience is designed to include a full day out at Wheelock Hall Farm plus a visit to Santa’s Grotto. When booking, you must purchase tickets for yourself as well as your children. A child’s ticket is £25.00 for children aged 1 year and above. A sibling ticket is £20.00 and can be purchased for a sibling in the same time slot. Up to three children’s tickets can be purchased for one time slot. An infant ticket is also available at a reduced price. Families with more than three children must book two time slots. This ensures Father Christmas has enough time with each child and that your visit is not rushed. Accompanying adults are charged the standard rate of £2.99. Any additional adults who have not purchased a ticket online may pay on the gate. All children’s tickets must be purchased online and in advance. This is necessary to ensure proper planning and to make sure there are enough gifts for all children visiting. Please arrive at the Grotto 10–15 minutes before your allotted time slot. There will be plenty to see and do while you queue, including photo opportunities and letter writing. Father Christmas will be ready to greet you at your allotted time, accompanied by his helpers. Your purchased ticket includes entry to Wheelock Hall Farm for the day. The farm is open from 9:00am until 6:30pm daily. You are welcome to arrive early and play before your time slot and/or stay and play afterwards. However, you must be ready to greet Santa at the time you have chosen. If you miss your allotted time slot, we cannot guarantee that you will have another opportunity to meet Father Christmas. Tickets will not be refunded unless exceptional circumstances have been agreed between the customer and the owners. Fees may apply. Your ticket fee includes one present from Santa. Gifts have been carefully selected and lovingly wrapped, with different gifts available for different age groups. Gifts cannot be exchanged.
